Welcome to Camp GEORGE Outdoor School!
Camp GEORGE is a 501(c)(3) environmental education nonprofit organization and an up-and-coming overnight Outdoor School located in Western Washington. Through immersive hands-on learning experiences, creative social-emotional learning and youth development activities, and the utilization of our unique High School Mentorship Program, we inspire and empower compassionate stewards of the world.
At Camp GEORGE we believe in the importance of everyone who walks through our doors, and we are committed to helping them find that same belief in themselves.
Our Mission
Camp GEORGE is committed to cultivating an overnight Outdoor School community that inspires all participants to reach their fullest potential by bringing the classroom outdoors. We empower current and future generations to become compassionate, innovative environmental stewards, through immersive and transformative social-emotional learning and youth development, and experiential education opportunities.
Our Vision
We envision a future with equitable access to Outdoor School for all. Camp GEORGE will be innovators and mentors in our field of environmental education by interweaving and integrating social-emotional learning and youth development and into all areas of the Outdoor School experience.
